What’s your return policy?
Per EU guidelines, all sales may be withdrawn or cancelled within 14 days of receipt. If the item is not damaged or defective, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the unwanted item and pay any and all costs of shipping the returned item. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at cannaqueensproject@gmail.com!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Damaged or wrong items may or may not need to be returned. If the item does need to be returned, the buyer will NOT be responsible for any costs of return shipping. If any of these apply, please contact us at cannaqueensproject@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. But you may return an item per the EU Return Policy within 14 days and purchase another item. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mis-labelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at cannaqueensproject@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
