Cannabis Throw Pillows: 18x18 and 22x22 Strain Art Cushions

The cannabis throw pillow is the small version of the blankets on our couch. Same paintings, same idea, and it fits on a chair that a 60 x 80 blanket would swallow. Here is what it is and what to check before you pick one. If you like the look of the blankets but do not need another blanket, this is the piece.

Two sizes: 18x18 and 22x22

The 18x18 is the normal throw pillow size, the one that sits in the corner of a couch or on a reading chair. The 22x22 is the big one. It fills a couch corner on its own and it is the size to get if the pillow is going on a bed. If you are not sure, measure the pillow you already have and match it.

What it is made of

The case is 100% pre-shrunk polyester with a linen feel, so it is a little textured instead of shiny. Fabric weight is 8.1 oz per square yard, which is heavy enough that the print does not look thin. The painting is printed on the case, and the zipper is hidden so nothing shows on the edge. The case comes off and goes in the washing machine. The insert is included, it is 100% polyester and shape-retaining, and that part is handwash only, so pull it out before you wash the case. The painting is cropped to a square for the pillow, so the flower fills the whole front instead of floating in the middle with a border around it.

Picking a strain

There are 16 designs, and the easy way to pick is by color. Purple Haze runs purple. Black Afghan sits on a black background. White Durban is frosty and bright. Super Lemon Haze is bright yellow. If you already have one of the blankets, match it or pick the strain next to it in the rainbow. We have four blankets on the couch every night, and the pillows are what keep the couch from looking like one giant blanket.

Where it goes

Ours live on the couch. A single 22x22 also works on a bed against the headboard, and an 18x18 is the right size for an office chair or a reading chair. The painting covers the whole front, so it reads from across the room. Every design is in the throw pillows collection if you want to see them all at once.

Made to order

The pillow is printed when you order it, which adds a few days but means nothing gets made that nobody wants. Production takes 3 to 7 days, then US delivery is another 3 to 7 business days.
